Tamadeko’s complete 123 page illustration log on Pixiv is the single most beautiful piece of fanwork for Komaeda that I’ve ever seen.
It’s called "The 25 Years of Komaeda Nagito" and as the title suggests, it follows Komaeda’s life; from beginning to end.
It does take some liberties near the middle to the end, where Komaeda and Hinata are involved romantically. But I’m absolutely positive that any fan of Komaeda will be just as affected by the bittersweet story Tamadeko has worked so hard to create.
Words aren’t nearly enough to describe how heartrendingly gorgeous this work is, so I ask that you check it out for yourselves. It honestly took my breath away.
For the sake of appeal, apart from a huge wall of text, here is one of the stunning illustrations from the stack:
As a note, the artist has asked that her works not be uploaded to other sites, so please be mindful of that! Enjoy it in its original state on Pixiv.
And if you were taken with it as much as I am, rate it with full stars in the upper right hand corner of the page. Tamadeko also speaks a little English, so leaving her some kind messages in the comments section would be a very meaningful gesture.
